Loudoun United FC have announced that Audi Field will be the venue for three “home away from home” matches on May 3 (v. Bethlehem Steel FC), May 19 (v. Hartford Athletic) and July 28 (v. Louisville City FC). Two other “home away from home” matches will be played on June 15 (v. Indy Eleven) and June 28 (v. Atlanta United 2) at a to-be-determined location that will be announced in the coming weeks.
"After playing on the road for the first two months of the season, we are very much looking forward to coming home,” Adam Behnke, Loudoun United FC Chief Operating Officer, said. “While we are highly anticipating opening the doors to our hometown stadium in Loudoun come August, by playing at Audi Field it helps us connect our fanbase with our parent club, shows our proud affiliation and most importantly provides our fans an affordable opportunity to enjoy one of the best soccer specific venues in the Country."
A Five Match Flex Plan for the “home away from home” games are available for purchase. Buyers will receive five total tickets to the games with the Flex Plan and have the flexibility to use those five tickets at any of the “home away from home” matches. The Flex Plan for the five games will be available for $100 with the ability to transfer tickets. Tickets purchased for the five game plan will be general admission at all venues. The new stadium in Leesburg, Va., is scheduled to open in August 2019.
The single-game credential application for Loudoun United FC home games will be issued in the weeks leading up to the first home match. Media members wishing to attend matches at Audi Field or other venues will need to apply 48 hours before each match to ensure we can accommodate a space for you in the media zones.
