Leesburg, VA (August 10, 2023) – Segra Field is set to host Trunk or Treat and Movies on the Pitch this fall. Movie-lovers are invited to bring a blanket and catch a movie on the brand-new video board at Segra Field.
Movies on the Pitch is a family-friendly event featuring Monsters Inc. on Friday, October 27. Guests will be able to enjoy food and drinks from concessions on their way to the field.
“Our goal is host family-friendly experiences throughout the year– this is another way we’re doing that,” said Doug Raftery, Loudoun United FC and Segra Field Executive Business Officer. “There is no better way to enjoy some of the best family movies other than watching it on the Segra Field video board on a Friday night.”
Tickets are free however reservations are required. Use the link below to save your spots! There is ample free parking directly surrounding Segra Field. Blankets are highly encouraged for the best pitch-level viewing angle, although stadium seats will also be open.
The final Movies on the Pitch, hosted on Friday, October 27th, will feature a pre-show trunk-or-treat! Kids are invited to wear their costumes and visit our spooky setups on the concourse. Tree of Life Ministries will be on-site to host a food drive to collect Thanksgiving food items for families in need and each person donating an item will receive a ticket voucher for a 2024 Loudoun United FC home match.
Trunk or Treat begins at 7 p.m., the movie will begin at 7:30 p.m.
